CORE CONCEPT

decision-tree turns Claude's closing question into a side panel: each option with its implications, and a read-only fork to try an answer first.

relevo

CORE CONCEPT

relevo connects two local Claude Code sessions: one plans, the other builds, and a <handoff> block carries each step between them.

'Cuando el objetivo esté cumplido, emite <done>resumen</done>.',

CORE CONCEPT

Rolling-boil animates a doodle like a hand-drawn cartoon, and delivers a looping GIF for Substack and an animated SVG for the web.

| Motion | What moves | Default period | Use for |
|---|---|---|---|
| `sway` | Turns 3° to each side around the bottom of the part | 2.4 s | Plants, a figure that hesitates, a sign on a post |
| `bob` | Goes up 6 units and comes back | 1.2 s | A floating object, a happy jump |
| `breathe` | Grows 1.5 % taller from the feet | 2.4 s | A full character, a sleeping object |
| `pulse` | Grows 5 % from the center | 1.2 s | A heart, a notification dot, a mark that stays in place |
| `float` | Drifts in a small figure eight | 2.4 s | A cloud, a balloon, a thought |
| `wiggle` | Shakes in 4 small steps | 0.8 s | Nerves, a phone that rings, a box that is about to fall |
| `spin` | Turns a full circle | 2.4 s | A wheel, a fan, a loading circle |
| `flow` | Dashes travel along each line, from the start of the path to the end | 1.6 s | Steam, wind, water, the arrows of a diagram |
| `blink` | Shows the closed face for 0.2 s | 4.8 s | The eyes of the character |
| `swap` | Shows one pose at a time | 0.4 s per pose, so 1.2 s for 3 poses | Hand-drawn poses, such as an arm that waves, or falling crumbs |

sharpener

CORE CONCEPT

Sharpener reads how I corrected and approved a skill in one session, and turns those signals into a patch with evidence plus regression cases.

INSTALL

| Signal | What it looks like | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Correction | The user asks to change one part of the output. | 1 |
| Repeated correction | The user asks for the same kind of change in 2 or more uses. | Strong |
| Rejection | The user discards the output and asks again. | Strong |
| Approval | The user says that the output is good, or keeps it and moves on. | Keep |
| Workaround | The model fixed an error of a script, or skipped a step of the skill. | 1 |
| Missed trigger | The user named the skill because it did not load. | 1 |

CARD · 08lab/hidkit-eval

hidkit-eval

CORE CONCEPT

hidkit-eval runs the same tasks with plain Claude Code and with Cheffy, then compares quality and cost against the noise of repeated runs.

hidkit-eval/README.md

## What it measures

- **Hidden tests:** a grader that the candidate never sees checks the behavior.
- **Judge claims:** two blind Opus judges grade scope, redundancy, evidence, readability, and the security report.
- **Cost:** the cost ratio of the Cheffy arm to the baseline arm.
- **Noise:** repeats of each scenario. A gain counts only when it is larger than the noise.
